Picked up this green 2tone from Chris over at Autoworld in Fremont. He took my rusty wagon off my hands for a more than generous amount and got me into this one for a song! She's got a little battle damage here and there, and basically the entire engine bay has been replaced with fresher stock. The plastic behind the fog light, and inner fender is loose and will need to be addressed soon. It's also throwing a po420.

It's great knowing everything up front, so you know what to attack first. If the po420 doesn't blow out, he'll swap in an exhaust for me. So I'll be tracking that over the next few weeks.

I used Turtle wax's Black box 2step. Took the entire day for a stage 1 "detail". I dont think this thing has seen any wax in its life, not counting the drive thru car wash "clear coat protectant". She drank it up like an ugly chick on saturday night. I have to say the stuff worked wonders, but it's hard to gauge with the poor condition it was in before. The black wax filled in all the white clearcoat scratches perfectly and did a nice job of hiding the majority of paint issues.
