1st Subaru Parts question

I am not sure if I am posting this question in the right place, but has anyone ordered through these guys? I order a part a couple weeks ago and received a processing notice but that is all. Anyone have any thoughts? I do need the part cause my car is up on the lift till I get it.

they are good, i've ordered there plenty of times. they are slow to process orders though, but with that comes the cheapest prices you can find. don't worry.. it will come though! slowly however.. :lol:

Next time if you need stuff quick, id order ahead of time, or order from subarupartsforyou.com. Bit more expensive, but faster. Good for time sensitive stuff.

okay, as long as they're good. I always get a little nervous when the money clears and I haven't heard anything back. My boss is pushing for me to get the car off the lift haha

yeah I saved a little over 100 dollars ordering from them instead of going to the dealership.

Yeah, they usually have the cheapest parts, but the tradeoff is the super slow shipping and wait time. Hopefully it won't be too long for you though!

They usually take a little while to ship because they're waiting for parts from the distributor.

Fredbeans had the same issue because somebody had to reorder a part they got shorted from their warehouse. I emailed them, they gave me the reason, and told me it would be shipped out the next day - I got a tracking number the next day as promised. It's probably something like that.

Okay, I got my tracking number last night. Hopefully it will ship faster than what ups is saying!
