I did some searching and people mentioned using a dremel to trim the cutoff shield for the JDM headlights, but is this even relevant on the BE/BH HIDs?
I seems the BE/BH HIDs use the "ECA" cutoff (single angle) instead of the "DOT" zig-zag cutoff.
Alternatively, was there ever a LHD BE/BH HID? Preliminary research says no, but I could be wrong.
If there was, I could try to find those headlights in Europe or something...
Suggestions?

BE/BH JDM HIDs use reflector bowls to make the light pattern, where the BD/BG lights (which are not HIDs) use a projector.
BE/BH HIDs were available in LHD European countries, but are exceedingly hard to find.
I personally painted the sections of the reflector bowl responsible for the left side of the cutoff with flat black paint.. this is by no means a perfect method, but it gives me a relatively flat light pattern out of the lights.

^which I must say are waaaaaaay better than what I used to have (sylvania zxe bulbs) and what I have now (eBay hid conversion kit 6000k).

I haven't seen any European models with stock HID. But the dual bulb housings from GT/Outback and GX models says 12v H7 55w bulb OR D2R 35w.
So if you get a H7R HID kit it will do a better job cheaper than getting a set of JDM's and cutting them up.
