I don't know about in "no time" lol, looking how dirty and nasty the one I sold was I'm assume there is just as much hidden stuff. Just got her off the flat bed an hour ago. It will take some time for sure to do it the right way like you have been doing.

I'm looking for a outback/gt hood so if you find one let me know, I also need all 4 door panels, my right side(my driver side rhd) side mirror and rear tail light as well!

Just remember that you'll have to get a side mirror off of another RHD car, since the flat/convex lenses are on opposite sides of the car as compared to LHD cars....

Very true but my glass is good, the housing is banged up pretty bad so I plan on just to swap the housings and glass.

Ah gotcha. I never did figure out how to do that without destroying the glass or the housing. Should let us know if you manage it!

:smt024 Working on front lip idea... Might swap to a GT bumper. Haven't installed my black JDM headlights, couple other JDM goodies, and still have to pull the motor.

I would like to add plenty of parts to the wagon, but right now I'm just trying to get her cleaned up. I need all new door panels pretty badly, I would like to swap to some leather seats, and need all new struts or coilover setup as a few struts are leaking probably due to the seals drying up hardly ever driven.

Just picked up another RHD, 1 owner, 115k miles, body is a little banged up but drove it home for $400 cash! Scored, so dad gots a little project now too!

Yeah isn't too bad at all, dude didnt know how to bypass the security without the keyfob and both rad hoses have leaks in them. Easy fixes with a of body panels to swap out.

Picked up a nice set of 17" rims for my legacy, slowest build I think
I have done. Have a ton of parts everywhere in the garage but finishing up building my dads RHD legacy.
