I'm looking to upgrade/replace parts of my 1998 LGT suspension but want to know what exactly fits being that some parts will come from other year models.
Front:
Tie rods: Moog(Inner/Outter)
Ball Joints: AcDelco or Moog
Struts: KYB
Springs: undecided looking for a 1-1.5 drop any suggestions
SwayBar: TriBeCa
End Link: which ever allows me to use ^ SB
Strut Bars: Will these fit? http://bit.ly/19CALLf
Rear:
Sway Bar: Will these fit or do I need STI trail links? http://bit.ly/19CB08U

For the swaybars, the Tribeca front will work, the rear won't. The 96-99 Outback swaybar is an upgrade, or you could go aftermarket. GD (02-07) Impreza, and SG (03-08) Forester rear swaybars have a different track width in the rear (they're a bit wider) than the BD/BG/BK Legacy, so they won't work for the rear very well. Also, avoid anything turbo for the front swaybar as turbo models have different crossmembers.
For strut bars, I'm not 100% that those rear bars from the Impreza will work, the front will though.
For endlinks, we've been recommending an Audi "C" endlink that's available on rockauto that's pretty inexpensive. Read more here:

The rear strut bar will fit, but the front has to be for the GC era impreza to fit.

Ah, yes, that's what I meant - his link had a GD Impreza bar in it. The GC stuff front & rear will work, track width-wise.

GD rear and GC front fit
The GC rear won't work because they have a different top hat bolt pattern than gen2 legacy
The GD front won't work because the bolt pattern is rotated 180 degrees from gen2 legacy
