Wheel fitment

Hey guys I wanted to know if my stock 1998 Subaru Legacy 2.5 GT wheels would fit on the womans 2004 Toyota Corolla S? Would I have any clearance issues with the strut, caliper, or anything else and would the it mate up flush with the wheel hub?

My stock subaru wheels are 16"x6.5", 5x100, and +53 offset. The tire size on them are 205/55/16. Now I think the stock corolla wheels are 15"x6", 5x100, and +54 offset. The tire size is 195/65/15 I believe.

My subaru lug nut size is m12x1.25 and Im guessing the corolla is m12x1.5?

Well if anyone can help me out that will be awesome. Oh and PLEASE correct me if im wrong. If I posted in the wrong topic please move it to the correct topic.

Lug nut size don't matter as ur going to reuse the corolla lugs. If its 5x100 then ur good and it'll fit perfectly fine.

I have extra lug nut locks for my subaru and wanted to use them on the corolla. I don't want to have to buy a set for the corolla if I don't have to. She lives in the ghetto and I don't want to get them stolen damn thieves!

Well I'll try if the wheels and lug locks fit or not, if I have to buy a new lock set then I will. I rather be down $30 than $600+.

You won't be able to use them, Toyota and Subaru use different thread pitch on their lug nuts.

Well y can't he just use his toyota lugs? He's only putting the rims on his Toyota. If its 5x100 and clears the calipers he just needs to make sure he uses his corolla lugnuts on the corolla studs.

I know I can use the corolla lug nuts but they aren't lock nuts that's why I was wondering if I can use my subaru ones or not. Well seems like I will be buying a set of lock nuts for the corolla then. Thanks for the info guys.

The centerbore of the Subaru wheel is 56.1, while the Corolla uses a 54.1 hub center. It will also depend on if either wheel is different as far as Lug-centric or Hub-centric fitment.
