surely as a car guy you have heard of DRIVE channel on the youtubes! well today 11/18/13, Matt Farah on "tuned" is driving a BD chassis legacy with an STi swap, its white and most of you will know who's car it is;) be sure to check it out :smt023

I thought this wasn't an STI swap when I watched it earlier...Isn't it a JDM done unit with the twin turbo setup that has some STI parts.

Yeah, it is a factory twin setup. I found it amusing that the first thing discussed is "the valley of death."

ya it doesnt seem very "sequential" of a twin turbo setup, the turbos dont seem to even know each other exists let alone work together LOL! me thinks a single would work much MUCH better, but to each their own.

I'd like the idea of just doing a single for use in lhd car. Those twin turbo motors can be found pretty cheap here in the states at times.

besides the EJ20H having twin turbos, is there anything else about it that makes it special? higher compression than other turbo subarus? stronger internals? beefy trans? anything? or is getting a USDM EJ20 turbo from a wrx cheaper, more reliable, and/or more modifiable?
