03-04 impreza rs short ram INTO. A 98 leggy?! Help!!!!

Is it possible I fit a 03-04 impreza RS SRI into a 98 legacy wagon?? What changes or mods need to be done to make it work??!! I bought the intake thinking it was the same. Someone help.

03-04 RS = MAP sensor
98 Leg = MAF sensor

Two completely different intakes, you're on your own.

You've already started two other threads (in the wrong place, one of which I moved to engine/drivetrain) asking this essential question.

Don't do it, seriously. I don't know why people get so fixated on intakes. They offer no performance gains on a stock or near-stock Subaru. They're a complete waste of money.

Sell the intake to someone who actually has a need for that intake.

And please stop making a new thread hoping people will somehow change the position that it is a waste of time. They won't.
