keyless entry remote

So my keyless entry remote is finally taking a dumb and im looking to get 2 new ones. I've found a couple but was wondering wether i could program any of the newer ones too my car. I have the old square one (part # GOH-M24) but wanted to know if the newer ones with the blue buttons would work.

AFAIK the newer ones are not compatible.

You have to match the FCC codes.

I got an inexpensive replacement from "KeylessRides" on ebay. About $25 I think? Works great for my car!
