Do the Gen 2's have seperate keys that unlock the doors? I've been using the keyless entry since i bought the car a year ago and finally i went to go unlock it by hand the other day (for the first time ever) and the key didnt work. It's the ignition key and it works on the truck so i figured it would work on the door to, but when i put it in, it would not turn.

Is this a stock key? the doors are more picky than the ignition if the key is too wide or something like that.
No, they don't have separate keys.

Door lock might be b0rked up. Subie's have used one key for ages. Now, there is the valet key, but that one just doesn't open the trunk, so I figure you aren't using that one.
Go to your friendly auto parts store and buy a little tube of graphite. Spray some in there, stick the key in, work at it a little. Spray some again, and work the key again. After a few times of this it should work again.
Happened to my 98 couple months ago.
