Just bought a 2002 leggy with the 2.5l n/a I doubt it's worth putting the low boost kit on so what're my options as well as how much would it be without the asshole response of. "Sell the car. Buy a wrx" I love the way this thing drives and just ditched toyota after years of faithfulness. So yeah. Lemme know I appreciate the input.

Subarus are like LEGOs. Just about everything is interchangable with everything else. As long as you are willing to spend the $$, you can make just about anything happen.

There are a couple of people here who have swapped in WRX or STI engines and/or whole drivetrains into their Legacies. I cannot speak for cost, but it can and has been done.

You could consider supercharging it - look up a few threads in the Technical section for some ideas... you can put a turbo on it with some work, and in the meantime source a boost-friendly shortblock to swap in when your stock one goes kaboom from the boost. ;)
