From what I recall the GC stuff will bolt up in the front, but afaik the rear uses the same (larger) bolt pattern as the GD.

One of these days I'll get around to pulling my rear seat again and trying to fit the wrx rear bar I have sitting around the garage.

Oh, almost forgot:

I'm using a Cusco BD/BG specific front strut bar.

Most of the GC stuff fits on the front, but some brands won't clear the hood.

Cusco GC specific items usually won't clear the hood - the BD hood sits lower to the strut tops than a GC.

As I stated, I'm using a BD/BG specific one.

Certain GC strut bars will fit on the Legacy, but it depends on the brand as some won't clear the hood or the intercooler :-D

I'm using the GC bar because that's what Rallitek sent me...didn't feel like sending it back.

It hits the hood a little, yes, but it's on a crossmember. Nothing a little ball-pin hammer couldn't fix. It still touches, but it's not holding the hood up.
