Hey so I have been having a misfire issue lately. I will be at around 2300-2600 rpms and the light will come on. I experience no loss of power and no weird sounds when the code throws. I have switched the plugs and then I switched the injector and it did not help at all. Lately it has been happening a lot more than usual (about once a week). Could this be an electrical fluke? I also had a problem with a knock sensor about 4 months ago but I seemed to have fixed that...
Cheers

Try switching around your plug wires and see if the miss changes cylinders or corrects, I had a similar problem and the wires were the case. Also check for proper gap, coil pack could be failing as well. Most sensors will trigger a cel upon failure or when they alter outside the ranges of their tolerances, reset your ecu and see if a code appears again. Is the vehicle smoking at all?

No it is not smoking, I've reset the ecu everytime that the code has been thrown, I'll switch the plugs and hopefully that works! Thanks

So I replaced the plugs on all four cylinders and cleaned the wires. Then about 3 weeks later I got a misfire code for both cylinder 1 and 2. What else could this be???
