Hello! New member and proud new owner of a beat to death '95 Legacy. I picked up this old wagon cheap for my daily runaround, weekly junkyard trips, and probably a bit of autocross when the season starts up. A helpless victim of hackery and neglect, this old girl still runs out pretty well for having nearly 400k miles. It's got an EJ22 and a 5 speed. I'm pretty sure it's an L model, but the trim badge is long gone.

Plans:

- Improved suspension (WRX/RS struts and springs most likely).
- Upgrade the brakes (Again I'll probably source from WRX/RS).
- Major tune up needed.
- Sway bars!
- Swap to a hydraulic clutch and un-wet-noodle the shifter.
- Better wheels/tires (Got my eye on a cheap/ugly set of RS 16's).
- Steering is pretty sloppy. Might look into a quicker rack.
- Clean up the exterior/interior. Driver's side was swiped and the repair is pretty botched. The hood is bend and the bumpers aren't great either. Might try an Outback front bumper with fogs. The interior is loose, grungy, and generally 90s ugly and high miles tattered.
- Eventually I'd like to downgrade the trim a bit with manual windows, a wiperless hatch, etc.

Monotone and projector fogs? Yep, definitely an L.

Practically a doppelganger for my car when I got it, but you have the fogs, and I have hubcaps.

Well, it's a '95, so it could be an LS, probably not an LSi as the trim pieces are still black. If those are the original wheels, it's an L though.

I loved my '95 Outback (which was identical to an L mechanically).
