First off...I apologize if this is posted somewhere....Started looking last night and kinda on a time crunch....So looking for a straight answer.

I am WRX swapping my 01 outback and need to know if the clutch and brake pedal assembly will work on my car?

Thanks for any info. I greatly appreciate it.

you *shouldn't*
IF
you already have a manual with a hydraulic clutch you should be fine

Sadly the Outback is an Auto and I am swapping it WRx with manual trans. But I got a complete WRX for parts. Gotta get the dash out of the Outback for the wiring, so wanted to swap pedals while I was there. I have found a few sets of Legacy pedal sets, but was hoping to use the WRX ones as I already have them.

Hmmm, your car should have the correct clutch MC hole in the firewall, but I'm not 100% on the pedal box fitment.

I found a post some where. Cant remember if it was here or NASIOC. That the wrx pedals did fit. I was just freaking out cause I have my 01 apart right now. And was going to order whatever I didn't have. However, I got cut short of working on the car. So now I have some time to research.

Yeah, I really want to say that you can fit about any pedal box in any EJ/FA series Subaru, but I can't be certain enough to make you confident without just trying it.

...which I know is a pain and you probably don't want to do it twice.

Well. I gotta pull the dash out for the wiring anyway. So I will mess with it than. It will give me time to figure it out while Iwire is doing my merge.
