STI UEL on NA 2.5 Phase1?

I was just offered a factory UEL cast manifold off of a buddies '05 STI. I'm hoping it will fit my '97 Outback 2.5. I did a bit of searching, but havent seen anything that answers the question of it fitting.

Does anyone know or have an idea where to look?

It won't work unless you go turbo. Your best bet is to get the ebay replica for the uel n/a header. The piping goes thru the passenger side and would go up (uppipe) thru a notch on a turbo cross member where it will hold the turbo. You need the n/a uel where it routes thru the passenger side.

Yep, basically turbo headers exit to the uppipe at the front rather than the back, so you'd need a turbo (or a loooong exhaust runner) and a turbo engine crossmember to make it work.

It's not worth the effort, you're stuck with the aftermarket for N/A stuff on this one, which isn't particularly vibrant.
