steel does fatigues over time, by the look of the engine bay it doesnt look all that maintained.
if you dont wash salt off after a decade this just might happen

The only thing is, it's doesn't look that rusty at all. Looks like it had some hard hits and the spot welds just let lose.

The title was misleading. I thought we were about to talk about something completely different.

This would be a great prank on a friends car, right bros? Just get a grinder do a little cutting. Then when he's driving. BAM! That's funny right bros? Right?
