Hello everyone, so today I was underneath my dash board demonstrating to my teacher how my hvac switches and such work for an assignment. I had noticed under the driver's side there was to wires hanging down with matching green male and female connectors. I decided that I should plug them in and did so.
A while later when it was time to leave I started my car and the check engine light was flashing rapidly. I turned off tge car and heard a bunch of racket like relays and flashers clicking. I then unplugged it and drove home.
1999 outback, ej25d 5mt.
Any insight/help appreciated, I will get a pic of the wire/connection tomorrow.
