My 98 GT Limited

I just picked this up about two weeks ago in trade for my 96 Integra GSR. This is my first Subaru and seemed intriguing. I haven't done anything to yet, but mods will start now that the weather is starting to break. Previous owner also told me that the car is in the Guinness Book Of World Records for being part of the largest gathering of Subaru's. Sticker on the back window is from that gathering.

That is pretty much it right now. Plan is to get rid of the lights on the bumper, cb, and lift plates so I can lower it. Fix the rust on the doors and go from there I guess.

Nice car to start with. Those lights... I like 'em in theory, but in action, dripping rust down the bumper? Yeah, ditch 'em quick.

Oh yeah their days are numbered. I am not much in to the rally style. Good thing is the bumper is already cracked so I will need to replace and repaint anyways.

Been doing a little work on the Legacy lately. Scored two white rear doors from a junk yard to replace my rusty ones.

Sold off the Subs, amp, and cb. Pulled the JVC headunit and installed my new Kenwood DDX371 dual din. While doing this I figured out why my power antenna wasn't working. It was never hooked up to the old unit. Now I need to install my Polk components.

Finally I took off the stupid lights on the bumper. Gave them to one of my instructors at school. After that I bought some Rokkor Racing coilovers for an 02-07 WRX and installed them and my 17x7.5 Tuning Sport wheels and new Yokohama tires.

Thanks. I appreciate it. Still have some more plans for it. Next up will be exhaust. I have a wicked leak that keeps coming back and my heat shield on the manifold is starting to rattle. Going to start some body work in the near future as well.

Just a bit of an update, pretty sure the car blew a head gasket. With the underside of it being pretty rusty and holes in the rear wheel wells and rockers I have decided not to fix it. Selling it to a guy tomorrow with out the coil overs, dual din, rear speakers, and 17's. The wheels and coil overs will be for sale soon. Then I am going to start looking for another daily. Hopefully I can find another LGT as I grew pretty fond of this car. I just want one with no rust.
