can anyone help me find a diagram for the plugs that run under the manifold. please
my eyes and headare getting sore from all the searches.

Search for the Factory Service Manual. It has all the diagrams in it as PDF's. I believe there are links on SL-i for downloading it.

Since you have a JDM car, you are not going to find freely available JDM Manuals out there... and even if you did, they would be in Japanese...

That being said however, the General Market (Europe/Australia) ones from anywhere between 1999 and 2001 should be pretty close.. possibly the 2002 or 2003 versions as well.. So, I would look for one of those.
