So the guy I'm currently working for, won free Falken 275/35/18 and hes giving them to me. I need help figuring out the offset of the rim to make these not rub so much or not rub at all. I am going to roll fenders and get flares because i know they will still stick out just a bit.

its not just about rolling fenders.... whats your suspension setup? what rims are you running with the tires. and why change your whole setup just for some free tires?

The suspension is going to be one of the Raceland GC coil overs and for rims i don't know yet that's what I'm trying to figure out

Will using this calculator http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator
that i know of Snowflakes are 7in with a +53mm so if i go with 11in with a +2mm offset my inner clearance will be the same but out will be extended by 102mm

Don't forget the geometry of the inside of the wheel well will matter as well... wheel offset is all well and good and so is a tuck pull and roll but you have to remember that all changes as you go low... getting out your tape measure and cardboard and ruler will never hurt....
