Well, in August I am leaving to go to college at Northeastern and it comes time for me to get rid of the legacy. I am planning on selling it to my brother and I wanted to touch base with you guys before I gave him the final price. Basically,

99 Legacy GT Sedan | 5 Speed Manual | 89k miles

Interior:
Pioneer MP3/CD Head Unit
1800 Watt Rockford Fosgate 4 channel amp
4 Pioneer 320watt 4-way speakers
1600 Watt Kicker 2 channel amp
2 Polk MOMO Subs
B&M Short throw shifter

Exterior:
2 Xetronic 8000K HID Headlights
2 Promax 10,000K HID Foglights
148 decible train horn w/airtank and compressor

Performance:
BORLA Exhaust Headers
Random Technology High-Flow Cat
Stromung Cat-back exhaust
Unorthodox Technology Drive/Steering/Alternator pulleys
Weapon-R High-flow Intake
Optima red-top battery
4 Bosch Platinum +4 sparks + custom wires

Also has 4 brand new Ecsta ASX all-season high-performance tires with virtually no ware... (and 1 extra ASX for spare).

The car is in perfect condition... has had all services and currently has no problems.

I was thinking $8,400. Does this sound fair? Any thoughts would be great. Thanks.

Way too much, IMO. I'd ask 7k for it, personally.

No headgasket issues yet?

No issues. But if I can get like 8 for it that would be good, no?

It would be tough to get it for that much. But good luck!

How many owners? Less owners dictates a slightly higher price.
The mods...I would sell the ICE and return that to stock.

Overall, without really detailed pics, I couldn't see the car for more than $7500. Based on mileage alone.

Sounds to me the car is worth around 5-6k without the mods. Mods with the car do not add value, sometimes they take it away. Unless you can find the right buyer you would be better putting it back to stock and selling them seperate.

lol get as much as you can for it. If some retard wants to pay 10k sell it. Start with a high price work your way down. I paid $1000 for my CRX, it was probably worth $800, I sold it for $1500!

What I'm trying to say is get as much as you can for it. Unless you plan on selling it to your brother.

yea well my bro said hed pay 8 for it and im not gonna argue with it. While if I sold it to someone else I would probably not get as much for it, I honestly don't feel like im ripping him off. He is getting a bunch of stuff in the car that I paid alot for. When you sell a car I know you don't get the money for upgrades, but im getting about $500 for the $7000+ I put into the car so I feel like its pretty fair. The car is in great condition too.

Go for it, and make sure you point him this way. Also stick around yourself.

Yea I'd say similar in terms of MOD value. You have a few less miles thus $500 more. I think that 8k for mine and 8.5 for yours are both fair starting prices.

I've also got the stock GT wheels/tires that are mint and have plenty of tread left.
