Ej20tt no boost

Hey guys. I'm sure this has happened already but I got a bd5 legacy TT and it won't boost anymore. At low speeds there is no boost at all and the vacuum is high high speed the boost will kickin about .6 bar but only for a sec. Checked for boost and vacuum leaks but found nothing. Noticed secondary turbo has oil leaking inside of air outlet. Would the secondary turbo being faulty cause no boost at all? Thanks for any help or advice!!

Hello. I think secondary turbo cannot be a reason of no boost at primary.
Did you have primary turbo boost earlier?
After what you've lost primary boost?
