Just got a 95 Legacy L model off craigslist, but now its having problems. Overheating while sitting at intersections. Anyone know mechanics near Cleveland OH? you can email me at strieterben@gmail.com. I need help People. don't have alotta money for repairs.

Hello and welcome to the forum. First things I would check personally is the radiator fans to make sure they are working properly, and see if there is anything blocking airflow through the ac condenser and radiator. If this checks out I'd take a peek inside the radiator itself and see if it looks corroded or gummed up inside. Next step would be the thermostat, these are picky about this piece, should be an oem subaru thermostat and not a janky aftermarket pos. Also while you're under the hood sniff around for a sweet smell that could indicate a coolant leak causing the overheating.

Well I went to Napa and they said a OEM thermostat is 20$ with the seal. I have a video of it leaking under the car going down the lower radiator hose and the line that goes into the Oil pan. Don't know how to post it on here.
