I bought this thing at 153k miles and it was stock till 177k miles. It's one of the few outbacks that don't smell like dog. Mods listed below. It's actually for sale right now.

Exterior:
-Bi-Xenon HID's, low and high beam, Morimoto Projectors, ballasts, and bulbs. 4300k, perfect white.
-Full LED Exterior Light Conversion, all exterior lights minus the headlights and fog lights are LED.
-20% Window Tint on all windows except windshield
-Yakima Ski Racks

Interior:
-JDM 2002/2003 STi V7 MOMO Steering wheel, cruise control was swapped over and is fully functional.
-2006 WRX Front Seats
-Alpine UTE-42BT Head Unit
-Outback Limited Leather Door Trim, not pictured
-Kartboy Short Shifter and Bushings
-Razo Weighted Shift Knob
-Red Stitching Shift Boot
-Broadway Mirror

Engine:
-K&N Drop-in filter, Intake Snorkel removed
-Ebay Borla-rep UEL Headers (better track record than actual Borla headers, and made from thicker steel)
-OBXR Axle Back exhaust
-Kartboy Long Exhaust Hangars

Suspension/Footwork:
-KSport Coilovers, 36 way adjustable, currently sitting about an inch lower than a Legacy but not so low that it scrapes everywhere or wears out the axles. Full alignment done to factory specs at Chaplin's Subaru.
-2006/2007 WRX Wheels, 17x7
-Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3, 205/50 R17

Those WRX front seats look great, how much did you pay for them, and are they comfortable?

They were a steal at $180. Extremely comfortable. Super supportive. Only weird thing is sitting about an inch higher because the Impreza chassis is deeper so the seats sit higher to compensate.
