Blue Smoke on startup 99 2.2

On startups, especially when it has been sitting for a while, a puff of blue smoke comes out. The car has 80,000 miles with a whole rebuild at 74,000. It broke the engine in, driving easy changing oil and making sure everything set correctly. Are my seals going?

Are you losing oil? Thats weird if a full rebuild had been done. Did you replace the valve seals? The piston rings might of not been broken in properly

Im losing a little bit, nothing drastic. Im not sure what exactly was done, I know that the valve cover gasket was done, however when I was changing the spark plugs on the cylinder 1 plug there was oil on the sleeve of the spark plug. Could that be it?
