P0183 Temperature Fuel Circuit Sensor A High

I get this code about every 5 or 6 weeks. After I turn my car on/off about 5 times, the code goes away until it comes back 5 or 6 weeks later. I didn't think it was a big problem... anything to worry about?

Or nobody knows, how much is the sensor? if it's not much I would just replace it.
