4eat to 5mt in a 99 gt

Just a question to all, I'd like to know what I'll need to swap out my 4eat For a 5mt. Really 8 like to put a 6mt in it but I want to keep it simple the first time. Or is there a post that explains/ lists what I'll need to do it right.
