Axle Back Exhausts. Common to what vehicles???

I just got my Borla header put on and while I was under there I had a good look at my axle back. It sure looks like any axle back from a WRX or Impreza would work, even if it meant moving the hangers a little. The pipe itself looks like it takes the same route under the rear axle area.

So, does anyone know what years/models will actually fit my BE Legacy Sedan? I don't care if I have to modify the hangers, but is the flange and pipe bend/angle the same.

Pretty much any RS, WRX or even STi exhaust will work, though some years proved to be shorter, and required extensions as well as hanger relocation.

You have a BE, the Imprezza/WRX/STI mufflers will work but with cutting from the pipe back. The bends are slightly different over and to the left of the rear diff. The hangers are different too (the Imprezza ones stick to the sides, the BE exhaust hook back).

rougeben- what's your swaybar and what is it intended for? The bend there looks like it was designed for a bc/bf, which have a jack plate in the middle that the bar goes around.

im in the market for a new bar.

It's IPD's 22mm rear swaybar for BE/BH Legacies.

I guess I'll find out. I've got an axle-back from a BD coming. The bends look pretty close, I think it will jut be the hangers and possibly the point where it meets that require adjustment. I'll advise on the fitment, and sound when it arrives.

Japanese performance brand, used off Ebay. Somehow I managed to find the website, below, and it even has some sound clips, and it sounds awesome. Should be interesting. $78 shipped isn't bad.
