So its finally time to put some slightly better stopping power under the car since I'm running a fair amount more power then stock at this point. Car is a 97 L Wagon and has tiny brakes right now that will clear the stock 14's
The plan is to put my extra set of first gen turbo calipers on my car in the front and then leave the rears alone aside from better pads and rotors obviously. I want something that isn't going to rust and look like shit after a month on the car as well. I know the new calipers take a 276x24mm rotor but I don't even know where to start looking to make sure I get something that isn't complete crap. And I also need matching rotors for the rear.
Can anyone point me in the right direction on any of this?

I personally did 2004 WRX front calipers/rotors/pads, and 2005 Legacy GT rear calipers/rotors/pads. Both pairs are much bigger than stock, plus the LGT rears are vented vs the stock solid rotors. I believe you'll need 16" wheels to clear those though.
For pads, it depends a lot on how much you care about dust and cost. EBC yellows, Hawk HPS, and Stoptech street pads are all good performance pads with decent cold bite and better fade characteristics.

Well I have the tleg calipers already and I got them for free some I'm trying to keep the spending on the lower side as much as possible. I have tleg rears as well that are vented that I could pull and throw on my car, just didn't figure it would matter all the much since they are still the same size. Pads I'm not too worried about, probably going with one of the EBC choices there. The rotors are really where I'm not sure which ones to pick up that will give me decent life and not rust like crazy. They will clear 15's as well but the smallest wheel I have in the garage at this point is a 16 anyway.
Side note, I would love to come up to Fort one of these days and check out your ride. I drove by you a couple months ago when I was cruising through town. Your car looks awesome BTW.

Sure thing. I plan on ordering from them next time I need brake parts.
I am in need of front brake for my BK as soon as posible.
what's different between WRx and BH Outback H6 on front brake component such as caliper and rotor?
Moreover, Will BH Outback H6 's rear brake fit BK knuckle?

I'm not sure what difference, if any there is on the fronts. But the rears all mount the same.

I got 4 calipers all around from 02'WRX for $80.
would they be bolted right up ?
I am trying to put H6 rear rotor (294mm), then I have to grab H6 rear caliper brackets too, right?

Yeah, that and the pads to match the brackets and you should be set.

The H6 upgrade really refers to the rear calipers. What isn't stated is that all 00-04 Legacy/Outback have the same rear brake setup, a larger non vented disk. It will fit your rear knuckle fine but the brake line will need some work as the attachment point has changed. The easiest rear setup is a reman BE/BH bracket with 02 Impreza/WRX calipers. That puts the brake line right where it is now. Though your BK may have the larger piston diameter already. I know the BD L has a smaller diameter piston in the rear caliper. In 05 the rears went to a same diameter rotor, but vented setup.
The early BE/BH fronts are smaller than the rears. The later years went to the same size rotor as the WRX but I don't know the changeover year off the top of my head. Cars101 has that info if you want it. If your BK has dual piston fronts now, all you need is a bigger rotor and the caliper bracket to match.

Thanks a lot for the input
I have L model , it got single piston all around.
My plan is first to put WRX's calipers/pads/rotors on front.
BH rotors +brackets +WRX's calipers on the rear indeed but later.
Will see how the stop character on mine.
