Unfortunately, Since A Subaru 's technicians told me it's needed head gasket that I would be charged around $2500 and then I sold the car to them $2400 with only 150K mile.

I was attended to Nissan/Infiniti 's game!, Owned & Built G20 for 1-1/2 years.then the car had sold because I have to pay student loan.

Wow, the car has come a long way in a short amount of time! It looks good - can't wait to see the B4 wheels installed on it with the drop.

Great work so far, keep it up!

My best friend works pretty close to Herndon at the Aston Martin dealership off Rt. 7, sometimes we cruise out that way.

If you haven't bought end links yet, take a look at these.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Front-Rear-Sway ... bc&vxp=mtr (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Front-Rear-Swaybar-End-Link-fit-2004-2007-Subaru-Impreza-WRX-STi-Sedan-BLACK-/231266324924?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item35d88c11bc&vxp=mtr)

Someone on legacygt.com used the fronts on a 4th gen. He said the hardware they come with is crap. And one bolt is a 10mm and the other is 8mm. He suggested drilling out the 8mm to 10mm.

Thank you,98legwag, Oh! that guy 's familiar, Vadim, he 's been my good book since I had G20.
BTW I 've never bought Hardrace yet, I do believe it isn't crap.
I have to replace all brake lines along with WRx calipers early before snowing.
So, I would replace safety parts prioritily, then going to do more research on LCA bushing & end-links.
Might need time on them abit

I will put B4 with fresh cheapo tires on mine tomorrow regarding to shop's appointment.

Slightly saggy butt ,but 4 steelies are in the back.
I am going to throw in rear 3/8" paranoid fabrication's saggy butt spacers tomorrow.

It still looks really good and fairly level. Keep in mind the rear arches are not perfectly round so that adds to look of the saggy butt. You should consider coming up to the Agile Open House in a week. Its always a good time. Granted it is about 2 hrs from Nova.

The guy who sold me the struts told me to throw 1/2" spacers in rear, but I would try out on low thickness first.
BTW , I prolly come to Agile meeting even my schedule that I will have to make up classes on the same day. hopefully classes will finish early.

Tulip is looking mighty fine =) Where did you tap power from to get the "on" position to be fool proof? Did you get a different head unit? That lighting doesn't resemble the clarion head unit its look more like the pioneer FH-X70BT unit. If you want some help with the swap I'm sure a couple of us from MD would be more than willing to come down to VA to help. Thank you for keeping us posted. =) and keep up the good work

So much thank to you ,bro . I spent 8 hrs. to figure out bumper/headlights out-in,fog light mounting, wiring relay to switch button [5pm to 1am]
For mounting, I got 4 bolts from Home depot, but only two was used. I was lucky yesterday.

I will draw the wiring diagram and take a picture of it tonight . basically i tapped the power wires to defrog and cruise 'a buttons and ground wire of illuminates to ground wire of cruise button. ( testing by multimeter)
Anyway, Clarion CX501 had very nice features for me ( noise level reducing in bluetooth function , built-in MIC and 3 pre-outs ), but my pleasure is to let it go with my former Infiniti G20.
I have been running Pioneer FH-X700BT for awhile , so I become pioneer 's fan again.
All installation was done by myself,I would appreciated that you guys willing to help me.

Currently, the driving quality is much better than other day I got her but she needs front control arm bushing also Ball joints will be required to replaced too.

I've been searching eBay for last long bushing AKA Polyurethane type and found

Prothane FRONT Control Arm Bushing Kit Subaru Impreza & WRX 98-05 [seller does not list 95-99 legacy but it will fit, right?]
here is the link,
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Prothane-FRONT- ... fc&vxp=mtr (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Prothane-FRONT-Control-Arm-Bushing-Kit-Subaru-Impreza-WRX-98-05-Red-/301193245436?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item46208432fc&vxp=mtr)

Does anyone deal with polyurethane bushing for daily driving/street use , please just let me know it's worth whether or not?

The ones listed are too wide by about half an inch. I'd recommend a set of whiteline lca bushings. I don't know the part number off-hand, but any bushing with gc/gf impreza fitment is a direct match for the bd/bk/bg chassis.

Thank you bro,
So, Whiteline would be awesome but my wallet is too light.
I am thinking what would be decent price for me.

So, I hooked up door panel speaker, Kenwood KFC-1654S which are bought from Amazon with overnight delivery, decent sound quality but its fairly cheap just $18 shipped each pair and looking full-range speaker like an oem.
Future plan for sound system,I would add dual-amp to my current system.

found ES sold in Impreza GC/GF section
$62 plus shipping is not bad, but installation would be PITA. Anyway I am going to grab junk yard LCAs to insert ES in while I can drive her around, Stay Tuned

Oh!, I am loving wrx seats too.
I do believe ,I will sit same height even sitting on new one like i was on a truck chair.
because they have same rail but new one would be lighter than old one (lift testing that why I grab it.

I went to junk yard today,
grabbed rear wiper from Honda Element which shoter than Pilot.
and I just got 2 set of front speakers off of OBX Ltd.'s instead crappy kenwood.
Trick: Anyone wants less money upgrading on your system , let just grab 2 set of front speaker from any Ltd. Outback and front tweeters , they are great combination. generating pretty crips sound once compared to a paper woofer.
if you are hooking them up to any aftermarket deck I believe that would be better output.

I've always thought about moving the jack out of the little storage compartment on the left side and doing a fiberglassed box there. I feel like with a little bit of work and creativity you could fit a 10, or depending on how much of the side panel you cut out around it maybe even a 12? I know it would need a full back panel on it though, could be a ton of work, but it could look really nice when done!

Alright! Since I had 99 Crystal headlights laying around the man cave for a little while . I spent day-off on new year holidays to make them un foggy and putting them on the lady. Soo bad the light beam was not sharp as good as a one piece headlight is but the amount of foreground is liking a charm. Otherwise, the projector retrofitting is coming along spring season for sure.
Happy New Year 2015 to you guys.

Love the new pictures of your car. I was just out on Route 7 around Tyson's Corner this weekend! My fiancee said the snow was coming down like crazy.

I scored Lexus & Gt fog lights having same projector.
We could just swap a yellow lens from Lexus if you want yellow beam by open your GT fog. Or you might make custom brackets especially for Lexus fog that would be more time consumed and having aiming issues.

Wow it looks great with the lips! How did you mount the side skirts?

I drilled 3 holes under rocker and hammered this 1/4" -20 x1.25 insert nut into the holes and tighten a side skirts with 1/4" hex bolt slowly .
Also, at the front mounting ,I just used scrap 10mm bolts and nuts from a trash.
In the rear mounting point , I will have to install plastic cover ( sold by dealer for $20) to finish this job soon , I will get them at a Junk Yard ,anyway.

Rough photoshops but maybe this will give you an idea.

343
344

In my opinion, and these are all based off of the colors in my photoshops:

Bronze is a bit too close to your existing body color, so that might be a bit goofy.
Gold stands out quite a bit, doesn't look too bad either, but it's definitely flashy if you're going that route.
Silver is a classic and a neutral color that goes with just about any body color, but like you said it's a bit stock looking.

I'm thinking gold or silver unless you can come up with a different shade of bronze that doesn't really blend in with the paint.

The color is similar, but I can't really simulate the gloss that you would get by painting the wheels.

Hinyo , he is retrofitting my 1 piece headlights.
Long story short, I polished diffusers off by hand it was willing to fail. You might have to have dual action polisher for completing this project because it will not leave uneven surface or melt your lens.
Anyway, what projector have you put in yours?

they are morimoto mini h1's with fx-r lenses/shrouds. the shroud i think is the Gatling on the retrofit source's website. i was debating on whether or not i should just throw them in now while i figure out how to de-flute the spare pair of lenses i have. i currently have h4 bi-xenon hid bulbs in my stock halogen headlights.

Edit: in fact i think thats what ill do.

I run 225/45 on my wheels which are 17x7.

But I have coilovers, so you might have clearance issues with the tire and the shock body.

205/45 should probably get you clear of any issues with rubbing on the strut, 215 might work but I can't say for sure.
I would say 205/45 to be on the safer side.
