Seeing that there has been some confusion with B/S/T adds and threads on the Facebook page, we would like to clear this up.
We want to keep buying and selling here on the forum safe and a good experience for all, buyers and sellers. This also makes for more traffic on the forum, also better deals and more parts in the community. Many members here do not have a Facebook account and would maybe miss out on things. Many are actual International members and they get left out all together.
So here is what we are doing. If you have something you want to sell, make an add here on the Forum. If you would like it posted to the FB page, without the post being deleted by a Global Moderator, please feel free to contact me and I will make sure they get posted. This also goes for Want adds in the same proper format. I will post 3-5 adds a week either of adds I see that are done in the correct format from upstanding members or people that have contacted me about posting.
Now in order for me to re-post them on the Facebook page, this is what will need to be done.
-Location
-Price (with or without shipping)
-Photos showing what you are selling (Attached or linked image)
-Upstanding and active member on the forum
-Contact myself or another mod about posting
That's it, pretty simple. Doesn't matter what country you are in, if it's new or old, or even if you are only selling local. Even if it's a non Legacy part, I will more then likely post it, if you contact me.
As for posting links for other adds in the Facebook such as Craigs List and Ebay or other forum, we have not addressed that yet. I dont see it as a current problem, but we also dont want it being flooded.
Please post in here if you have any questions or concerns. We are trying to make the forum active as it used to be and also be a place when we can trade parts and cars with each other.
