Ground point

I recently purchased my first Subaru. It is a 98 Legacy Outback wagon. It has its electrical gremlins. I started to check the ground connections, and it seems as though GB-2 is missing. I am thinking it attaches to the timing belt cover, but I am not sure. Can someone tell me where GB-2 is supposed to be? GB1 and GB2 mounts on the side of the frame rails.
Other grounds are on both side of strut tower, one by the dogbone (trans) and the radiator support.
You can also add more ground wires. Look up on DIY grounding
