finally getting around to start this. picked this up late in the summer after not finding a gen1 turbo wagon. im sure some of you guys know me from my ABM sedan


It sat on a car lot and was overlooked by most. had a VERY bad tranny and need some little stuff (windsheild, dash trim, tires, bumper, dent in the hatch) .but......the body was very straight, and a peek at the engine showed it had the hg done with mls ones. needless to say i talked him down with cash for a very cheap price.

here's the day i got it. made for a very interesting drive from lynwood to vancouver .
1-3rd made a HORRIBLE sound like dragging metal across the ground. once in 3rd it would pop out, no 4th gear at all, 5th gear was quiet but would also pop out.

called oakos and got an 02 act lw flywheel, exedy clutch, group n trans mount, front/read shofter bushings, etc

finally was able to get that damn bumper off and gone forever. temp setup here. all i had were 95/96 fogs so i just tossed them in
liberal grill made the hood have trouble latching due to the added thickness of the bra, went back to the stock jdm one

yeah , took it off. it was in horrible shape and not what i wanted, it will eventually be getting a jdm bumper and lip spoiler
