Lifted or lowered

Well this is a personal/General question.
Lifted subject or lowered..I'm torn between both and I'm not sure what to do to mine..lifting it would be the cheaper route and more practical . But not sure it would suit the wagon . Lower ing would also be a bit more expensive but the wagons look sexy lowered maybe a 1-3 inch drop.

What's everyone opinion . I also live in Canada's capital

Honestly, you can achieve better handling while maintaining stock height and not sacrificing winter ability (seeing as you live in an area that gets snow).

Or you could get adjustable height coilovers and adjust the height twice a year. You'd need an alignment every time, though...

this is what gets me everytime, is just staying stock.. i think i'm just getting an itch to mod.

If you're interested in both try the one you haven't tried yet. They both have their ups and downs, so it's mostly up to personal choice.

Personally, I like slightly lowered!

I've done both. Lifted is nice for not having to worry about ride comfort and speedbumps/curbs, but running larger tires is usually noisier and you lose some MPG, so each has pros and cons.

Really, I think just look at your platform and see which way it would go easiest. If a Legacy, probably lowered, if an Outback probably lifted.

It seems every one has there go around. Ussualy stock to lowered first.... Then they decide to lift.
Once you go lifted it tends to end up harder to go back to low.
Could always get two cars. ;)

LIFTED FOR SURE! :smt023 lowered cars are everywhere, lifted cars are super rare, I get compliments all the time on my lifted outback, its just better, you can get around in harsh conditions, you can drive through stuff like rivers and swamps and snow piles, you dont have to shovel your driveway ever again!! (thats my favorite one, I live in northern MN and shoveling sucks!) parking your muddy lifted subaru next to a shiny lifted truck is always pretty sweet, and lets not forget the impending zombie Apocalypse which you will survive because of your lifted bad ass subaru :smt029 :smt027 :smt023

I had a lowered GT b4 too, I much prefer the lifted route, I can do more with it and its funner, and people love it more. and it pisses off hillbillies :smt023 thats the best!
