New to subarus and this forum. New member of Subaruoutback.org also. Purchased a 97 legacy outback with 225,000 miles two months ago and have been an avid follower of both forums since. I must say I've taken advantage of the wealth of information from many members, and have many new ideas for "roo". So far I have done New steel headgaskets, valve cover gaskets, ngk plugs and wires, New tires and wheels (wheels being installed this week, need polishing), suspension swap, front is 2005 forester strut assemblies w/ 1/4 spacers, rear is 00 outback assemblies with 1/4 spacers, New battery, cables, polished headlights, tail lights, and fog lamps. Upcoming mods are roof lightbar, (make myself) w/4 kc 6" apollos , full primitive skid plate setup, paint lower half of car with undercoat (my car is two tone, and I think the undercoat would look wicked), Hedders, full exhaust. Looking for info on the sway bar from a 2000 outback....are the. Front/rear bars, links, and mounts compatible with my 97 LEGACY outback. I'd love to tighten her up without spending a fortune on whiteline.
