We have had this little L wagon about a month and a half now. Right after we got it, the knock sensor went poo. Based on posting the same question in several forums on a hot-start issue, I replaced the temp sender. While doing all of that today, I though "what the hell" and attacked the intake. I removed the monstrosity of plastic lurking under the right front fender, as well.
The test drive? :twisted:
I cleared the code and set off for the nearest dirt road.... sideways.
She's just a little L wagon with an auto... but it is readily apparent that the power has returned. I like that more vocal intake, too. Not to harsh, but sounds better. pulls hard to 80+, too. :lol:
I'm gonna keep poking around here for some more ideas. :wink:
