2001 LGT Clinking Sound

So when driving around I notice a clinking type sound coming from my front end. I figured it was my tie Rods, so I replaced them. The sound did not go away. I also went under my car and tightened the sway bar endlinks. This only happens when hitting bumps in the road. It is a very faint sound that I can only hear clink if all the windows are up and there is no music. I even checked inside my engine bay to make sure there was nothing playing around.
Are there any other sources in the steering rack that could be the problem?
