A local RadioShack was closing in my area. I picked up these binding posts for less than a dollar.

Does anyone know how connect to the back? I'm planning on recycling a PC power supply and I thought these would be a good addition. I didn't realize the back end of the contact has no screw thread.

I used the same ones for my bench power supply. Solder your wires onto the posts.

How so? Wrap around then solder the coils together?

I wouldnt wrap them. Basically you want to tin the wires from the supply and tin the backs of the terminals, putting a layer of Solder on them, after that, solder them together just like regular wires! There are also several awsome threads on the interwebs for making a computer power supply 12v setup handle more then .5 amps. Very worth doing if you are handy with things that require the buzz.
