Cool. Neat trucks, i always thought. Any background on the vehicle?

I don't have any info on who did the swap, but the truck is extremely clean for being a NY truck. It's a 12a and 5 speed swapped from an RX-7. Only engine mods are a Holley carb and Racing Beat header. Next year it will be either street or bridge ported. Four wheel discs, and brand new fat Continentals. The truck handles like it's on rails. Picked it up for $2300

I always loved the B series King cab trucks.. I was actually looking for one to Bag and mod like back in the day. Looks to have a 4runner front bumper and Tahoe steelies. Damn body and paint looks great! That is the thing about living in Arizona, paint on anything over 10 years old is almost always shot. But, I dont have to deal with rust! Looks like a wonderful project starting point!

HA! Thats kinda cool! My brother in law had an old B2200, but not with a rotatory.

I like this truck, I dig the wheels. Can we get a whole shot of the engine bay? @ CaleDeRoo

Yeah I finished installing a battery cutoff switch a few weeks ago and the battery hasn't been killed yet so that's an Improvement haha. Ice been averaging around 11mpg with it so I drive my Sierra more often. I should be able to get an idle and maybe fly by video lol. It sounds like a mosquito through what I assume is a stock fb muffler.

Wow that's pretty bad mpg maybe that's the norm in the heavier truck? I thought they usually are somewhere around 19mpg city

It runs rich because the carb is too big. The truck weighs about 2700lbs. It stops like crazy with the Chevy1/2 ton brakes too.

There's a real bad video. I timed the fly by wrong and if I rev it passed 7krpm in second it doesn't like going into third so I did 7600 for the video and that's what happened.

Nah I gave it to my brother in November when he got his license. The truck needs a new clutch now and will probably be taken with him to college in Florida and possibly sold down there.
