Ej20k power steering lines

Hi guys, I'm an active member on the RS2.5 forum. I was told to come here as I need to find some power steering lines to work for my ej20k . They said I needed ej25d lines.. Off a 97-99 outback. Can someone verify for me? If so anyone who has them I'm open to take them off your hands

i actually dont. all i know is they told me to get some lines off an ej25D they said i should coem here if i need to find them. sorry for the trouble! below is what they said.

"Yes EJ25D and EJ20 K heads are shaped the same so they will fit.

I got lines for my JDM swap from an Outback."


"You need EJ25D lines.

There were 2 style pumps, the early one that has a screw in fitting and the later one with the banjo. 96 outback EJ25D is the early style, 97-99 Outback or 98 RS EJ25D is the late banjo style.

Or put your existing pump on and bend the lines to clear."

Can you post pics of the power steering pump? That may get us a step closer to resolving this.

I'm using my stock 97 ej22e power steering lines. I removed the clamps that hold the two lines together, had to bend the pressure line some to clear the inlet and use a longer hose for the return line.

I have a set off my 98 outback as I did a manual conversion. Pm me if you are still looking.

Here is a EJ25D pump and lines... I looked for a pic of the ones on my 20R but I can find them.
