power gain

hey, i was looking into possibly purchasing a full exhaust system, extractors to rear muffler for my N/A liberty. Can anyone tell me wat sort of power gain i would get from this on my 2.2L or on a 2.5L thanx. also brands would help.

Are you getting high flow catalytic converters as well? Do you have any other mods? An intake and exhaust coupled together works well (bigger breath in and bigger breath out). For a 2.2, with a mandrel bent exhaust... maybe 5hp? I noticed a large drop in torque on my 2.25" crush bent exhaust. I'm replacing it in a few monthers with a 2" mandrel bent system with a chambered muffler, which I hope to use to regain torque and to quiet the car down at low speeds.

I got a very large increase with my 2.5 full intake/exhaust. Stock the 0-60 is advertised as... 8.8 I think? With pulleys, intake, and full exhaust I got it in 7.2 so it seems like a damn good increase to me.

alright, thanks guys.. will probably wait to get an RX 2.5 before i look into anything like that. And yea will be going with a high-flow cat and some kind of custom intake. thanks.

DudeI just got 2 3/4 Piping from Extractors -> flex>Cat>Flang>WRX, Resi and 2.5 dumper from Liverpool Exgust for $1000.00 and it gave me 24kw give or take and i onli got 2.2 98 Lib....

32HP from exhaust alone? Did you dyno it before and after?
