EJ22 Cylinders 1, 2, and 4 misfire

My check engine light came on. I read the codes and it came up with a misfire in cylinders 1,2, and 4. I thought it might be spark plugs but they were replaced not long ago. My last paycheck is running low and I don't have the money right now to just replace a bunch of stuff I think might be the problem. So any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Coilpack would be my first thought if it's that many cylinders all at once. Plug wires could be a culprit, too, but I doubt they'd all go at once.

I am fighting the same issue right now, only does it at idle. Looks like mine is a leaking intake mani gasket. I swapped out the coil, ignitor, and Maf. lol I love having spare parts.

did you torque them enough

My issue I think is that I re used the manifold gasket as it was a 10pm motor swap. lol.
