exhaust websites

Hi i'm looking for websites where i can order high flow cats for my 97 legacy GT. The exhaust shop in town wont do performance ones anymore due to police cracking down on loud mufflers and such. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Does anyone know how much of a difference there is between the Super High flow cat and the High flow cat, besides the price.
