does outback front fit sedan?

i know this is a dumb question since i have read in here that wagons and sedans pretty much share the samse body parts. i have a '96 lsi sedan and was wondering if the front bumper cover off of the same model year outback will fit and if so are there any mods i would need to do such as different brackets or grille.

It will fit. You might have to shave some of your bumper styrofoam off to fit it, and the grille may not fit the same, but it is compatible, if with a bit of finaggling.

would the grille off of an ob bolt up to fix the grille fitment issues that could be there. and again thanks for the info.
