Hey Guys,
Does anyone know of a chassis brace that will work as a D pillar brace on a Legacy wagon? I'm basically looking for a bar that will fit in between the two upper-rear seatbelt guides and mount the bar on with typical C pillar brace mounting hardware.

I know that there is a brace like what you are describing being available for the Integra and EG/EK Civic HERE (https://www.amazon.com/99-01-Acura-Integra-C-pillar-Strut/dp/B0041COMW0), I think I have even seen them being used on the S Chassis 240SX (S13-S15). Whether it will work on our cars is whether or not the cabin width is the same, or close, and then you need to come up with a solution for where and how you plan to mount it to your Subie.
Personally I would get some thick wall tubing and cut it to fit, tap the ends so that you can run pillow ball mounts (with standard and reversed threads so you can set the tension on the bar) and then find some bolt down tabs I can mount to the chassis to affix the bar...
