Importing vehicle into USA

Hey guys... well I found a decent Subaru Sambar want to import. The guy is located in Doncaster UK, he doesn’t know anything about shipping nor do I. He said he would drive it to where it needs to go to get shipped if I buy it. Yes it’s 25 years old. I searched a few things onlin but seeing if anyone has some insight on how I can get this transaction smoothly processed to here in Tacoma, WA

I did not see this post before, but the importation process should be straightforward, depending on the price of the vehicle, it may or may not need an import bond. I think the complicated part may be the exportation side. I would suggest talking to Great World Logistics (gwlcorp.com) who can absolutely help you on the US side for a reasonable price.. but may also know something about the UK Export side as well.
