Koni inserts?

Ive found some references to using koni inserts in the be/bh chassis struts. However, i cant find any information on the conversion. Im not great with searching, so i may be missing the obvious.

Anyone have a link or know the details?

Allstar Performance 7" aluminum KONI shock threaded body sleeve kit, had to take out a tenth on the internal "humps" on the lathe to get the body to fit tight on the OEM housings. p/n ALL64147.
