Would this be very hard to do? Would the 2.0 Intake manifold fit on the 2.5 body? Thanks for any help.

Wouldn't be worth your time or money. You can only run 5-6psi on that block, so you'd be spending that money only to limit yourself to the power you are making out of the box, which isn't much. With getting this all set up, getting an EMS to run it, tapping your oil pan for an oil line to the turbo, etc, just save up a bit longer and have the motor swapped for a complete EJ20t

Physically, it's not hard to do. In fact, you don't even need the 2.0's intake manifold - the TMIC will bolt right on to the 2.5's. If you're talking about turboing a stock 2.5L NA engine, though, I agree with the issues already mentioned - proper engine management is very important, especially with the stock compression ratio.

The oil line for the turbo is no big deal, if you want I go poke my head under my hood to see what Ron did for that, I remember it being a simple solution.
