Is that how much the company is charging to ship or is that how much it would actually cost because you got quotes?

If an Ebay seller is over charging for shipping then you can report them as it is a policy violation.

It is expensive to ship stuff like that, simply because its from another country and it has to come through customs on its way here. 250 sounds a bit steep though. sure its not in a foreign currency?
